The Impulse is a maker-made spin top carefully crafted using miniature computer-controlled machines and hand-tools in my home-shop (garage).
Minimalist styling, body-on-stem construction, integrated rubber grip, dual contact points, and hand-finished accent holes.
Impulse spin tops are designed and built to last. Every top is tested for spinning performance as well as inspected for quality fit and finish.
There are two Impulse models, the larger 25S (spins longer), and the smaller 23S Mini (more portable).
• Impulse 25 – Spins up to 2.5 minutes on a glass surface
• Impulse 23 Mini – Spins up to 2.0 minutes on glass
• 25S – Premium ceramic tips (black), rubber belt accent
• 23S Mini – Premium ceramic tips (black)
• High-grade plastic polymer construction
• Ergonomic stem with integrated rubber grip
• Hand-finished accent holes (three)
• Silicon nitride ceramic contact points
• Rubber belt accent (25S)

This is the evolutionary result of 14 full model development cycles over the years. My first production model was the ultralight S25, a balanced all-polymer single-piece construction top. After several models, the Tour 25C introduced two-piece construction by adding the first ceramic ball tip (for exceptional contact point durability). When the Leap 25E was released, it introduced four-piece construction by adding the integrated rubber grip feature for improved control with acrobatics. Also made body-color options available. Its fourth innovation was adding a secondary ceramic tip on the handle, for inverted spinning. The Impulse model introduces a shared* new body-on-stem chassis, two model size options (mid-size and compact), a redesigned handle, and redesigned mid-size and compact bodies.
